Job Overview:We are hiring an experienced and driven Sourcing Manager to strengthen our partner network and drive qualified lead flow through channel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the real estate industry and strong knowledge of local sourcing ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:Develop and expand a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and agentsStrategically identify and onboard high-potential sourcing partners to generate quality leadsMaintain productive relationships with existing partners and ensure consistent engagementAlign sourcing strategies with sales goals and marketing initiativesTrack and report sourcing performance metrics and lead conversion ratiosConduct regular market research and competitor mappingProvide training and support to partners to improve performanceEnsure partner adherence to compliance and ethical practicesEnsure a regular flow of quality site visits from CPs.
