Job Title: Principal Structural and Durability EngineerPosition Overview: As the Lead Structural and Durability Engineer based in India, you will provide global leadership in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), kinematic analysis, and durability analysis. You will support multiple design engineering teams located in various regions and countries, ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial concept through to final implementation, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of engineers in performing FEA, kinematic, and durability analysis for various projects.Develop and implement analysis methodologies and best practices.Review and validate FEA models, kinematic simulations, and durability assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to integrate analysis findings into overall project designs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members across different locations.Prepare and present detailed technical reports and documentation to stakeholders globally.Qualifications:Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in FEA, kinematic, and durability analysis.Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams across multiple regions.Mastery of FEA software such as Simcenter 3D, ANSYS, or similar.Strong understanding of structural mechanics, kinematics, and material properties.Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in a global context.

A. Job Summary & DimensionsProvide efficient operation of the Indian Customer Service Team and control and administer all aspects of customer related issues. Responsible for resource deployment and meeting agreed Customer Service booking, metrics and project targets. Accountable for customer satisfaction and consistently improving the customers experience.B. Job Accountabilities1. Understand the Southco Business system including all modules relating to Customers, Orders, Quotations, Manufacturing, Quality, Southco Products.2. Understand the needs and applications of our Southco Key Accounts and AuthorizedDistributors in India. Work closely with Sales and Account Manager to satisfy those needs.3. Co-ordinate, monitor and manage the Customer Service Team to provide an effective andefficient service to our customers.4. Monitor, analyze and manage telephone activity in the Customer Service Department.Monitor and manage change notices, customer returns and customer complaints. Providecorrective action as required.5. Assist the Customer Service Representatives in maintaining favorable relations withcustomers, Authorized Southco Distributors, Manufacturers Representatives and StrategicAccount Managers.6. Perform Performance reviews and Monthly Scorecard Reviews with Customer ServiceTeam.7. Travel to field as requested.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor degree in commerce, science required. Engineering degree preferred more than 3 years experience2. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is must.3.
