THIS JOB IS FOR FRESHERS ONLYInviting applications for the role of Process Associate Banking Financial Crime & FraudYour role will be responsible for opening, amending, reviewing exciting clients according to established policies and procedures.Role & responsibilities :Drafting appropriate client due diligence / transaction monitoring / regulatory requests responsesCarrying out conflicts searches, assessing the results and advising on implementing safeguards.Developing and maintaining a good understanding of anti-money laundering and financial crime legislation, and a comprehensive understanding of client due diligence requirements.Manage MIS activities and data collationMaintaining a good knowledge of potential red flags regarding the client and work types across customer landscape and the jurisdictions within geography.Work towards driving process improvements and initiativesReviewing new customer accounts and verifying their identitiesAssessing risks and compliance issues associated with customers or productsStudying market trends and evaluating customer behaviorAssisting efforts aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit financial activitiesCompiling accurate and up-to-date data on customers for compliance reasonsLeveraging insights from customer behavioral research to improve customer experienceLiaising with management to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsPreparing suspicious activity reports (SARs)Reporting accounts with high risk or missing documentation to relevant officersPerforming complex data analysis to aid decision makingQualificationsMinimum qualificationsGraduate: B.Com / BBA /BTEc / MBAPreferred qualifications :Relevant work experience, preferably in Banking/ ITES Industry.Good analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in Banking or InsuranceAbility to communicate verbally and through emails with businessesPreferred candidate profile :Excellent reporting and observational skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and coordinate multiple projectsWell-developed IT skillsInterpersonal skillsManagementExcellent research skills and familiarity with online/offline research toolsPerks and benefits :High incentivesInternational Travel opportunitycab facilityshuttle servicelunch couponsRole & responsibilities
