Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Spa Therapist with expertise in Swedish and Ayurvedic massage techniques . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality treatments, ensuring guests experience ultimate relaxation and wellness during their stay. Key Responsibilities Perform Swedish and Ayurvedic massage therapies with precision, care, and professionalism. Assess individual guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and hygienic spa environment at all times. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming spa experience. Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and special requirements. Follow all resort protocols and spa SOPs for hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality. Stay updated with wellness trends and continuously enhance skills through training. Requirements Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, specifically in Swedish and Ayurvedic massage techniques. Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or spa treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a strong sense of hospitality and guest service. Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of professionalism. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star resort/spa environment. Knowledge of spa products and natural oils used in Ayurvedic treatments.
