Key Responsibilities Bid Proposal Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Develop compelling and customized bid responses that align with client requirements and company capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, estimators, project managers, and sales teams) to gather necessary content for bids. Ensure all bid documentation complies with RFP/RFQ requirements, industry standards, and company branding guidelines. Maintain a bid library with pre-approved templates, case studies, and project references for quick turnaround. Graphic Design Visual Content Creation: Design visually engaging bid documents, presentations, and marketing collateral to enhance the impact of proposals. Create infographics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements to improve clarity and persuasiveness of submissions.
