The candidate will manage hotel bookings for corporate clients, ensuring seamless and professional service while adhering to company policies and client-specific travel guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Bookings & ReservationsHandle end-to-end hotel bookings for corporate clients, including single and group reservations.Ensure bookings comply with the clients travel policies and budget constraints.Coordinate cancellations, modifications, and special requests.Client ManagementUnderstand client requirements, organizational hierarchies, and preferences.Provide personalized travel solutions and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Vendor & Rate ManagementLiaise with hotels to negotiate rates, secure availability, and manage preferred vendor relationships.Monitor rates and ensure compliance with agreed corporate tariffs.Operational EfficiencyMonitor and respond to booking requests via email and ticketing systems.Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time).Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, accounts, commercials) to ensure smooth operations.Feedback & ReportingCollect and analyze feedback from clients and guests to improve services.Maintain detailed reports on bookings, cancellations, and performance metrics.Training & Process DocumentationAssist in creating training materials and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for new team members.Job SpecificationEducation:Graduate in any discipline.
