Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in building and managing relationships with key clients in the events, government liaisoning, hospitality, real estate, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing customized solutions for hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, and commercial property owners. This role will require a strategic approach to sales and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting key industries such as hospitality (hotels and restaurants), real estate (developers and commercial property owners), government contracts, and large-scale event organizers.Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by understanding the specific needs and challenges of clients in these sectors and positioning the company's services to meet their goals.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to build an effective sales plan that expands our client base in the hospitality, real estate, and government sectors.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targetClient Relationship Management:Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, including hotel chains, restaurants, real estate developers and commercial property owners.Understand the unique requirements of clients in different sectors and customize sales approaches to cater to these needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Lead Generation & Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, real estate, and government sectors through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.Create and manage a pipeline of potential clients, especially focusing on hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, and commercial property owners, to drive sales and long-term partnerships.Develop and present proposals, including government RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and event partnerships, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.Sales Team Leadership & Development:Lead and inspire a sales team specializing in these key verticals, setting clear sales goals and KPIs to drive performance.Provide regular training, support, and mentorship to the team, particularly in relation to the complexities of government procurement processes, real estate sector sales, and event management.Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed in these verticals.Sales Reporting & Forecasting:Monitor sales performance across different client segments and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.Use CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring an efficient and data-driven approach to sales management.Align sales strategies with marketing efforts~ to create cohesive campaigns for engaging hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, and government clients.Qualifications and Work Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in industries such as hospitality, real estate, events, or government liaisoning.At least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role, with experience in managing teams and large accounts.Demonstrated ability to close deals with high-profile clients, including hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, and government entities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders in both the private and public sectors.
