Job Title: Java Developer (Tech Lead)Experience: 5-8 yrs Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Exposure to healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI X12 is highly desirable. Experience in HIPAA-compliant application development. Industry Exposure: Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech. Designing High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) architectures, defining database schemas is a must. Lead code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing. Good to have exposure to Data pipelines and ETL workloads.
