Job Description

Assessment & Planning: Evaluate students to identify learning challenges and strengths. Develop IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs and regularly update them based on progress. Instruction & Support: Provide personalized instruction using specialized strategies and tools. Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to suit varying learning abilities. Collaboration: Partner with general educators, therapists, psychologists, and families to coordinate support services and promote student inclusion in mainstream classrooms. Classroom & Behavior Management: Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment. Apply behavior management techniques and encourage positive social interactions. Monitoring & Documentation: Track student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records of goals, outcomes, and communications with stakeholders. Professional Development: Stay updated with best practices and legal requirements in special education. Participate in workshops and training sessions as required.
