Company: MMC Corporate Description: Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office Specialist- Accounting Operations What can you expect A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team. Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams. Continuous mentorship - collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager. Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process. Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards. Manage month-end / quarter-end finalization and reporting for the below processes: Payroll Fixed Assets Inter-company Bank reconciliations Accruals / Prepayments Leases Revenue Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines. Managing audit requirements What you need to have: Any relevant Accounting degree, CA qualified preferable 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting profile Prior experience in working in similar roles What makes you stand out Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Knowledge of macro preferable) Good Accounting knowledge
