Experience : Minimum 2~3 years of experience in business development within the motors industry. Location : Pune - Chakan Industry : Motors/Automotive/ Auto /OEM/BLDC motors Roles: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the BLDC Motors segment. Identify expand aftermarket business opportunities and engage potential OEM clients Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while ensuring profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities. Skills : Proven experience in sales of BLDC motors (OEM & Aftermarket). Should be techno commercial and able to understand & communicate customer requirements to the Engineering Team. Should be open to travel to customers pan India. Strong knowledge of aftermarket operations and business dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities. Skilled in negotiation and pricing strategies. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve sales goals. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
