Job Title: HR Specialist (End-to-End HR Function) Location: Bangalore (Remote for now, eventually Work from Office) Salary: Up to 6 LPA Immediate Joiners Preferred Interested candidates may share their resume at neha.j@factsuite.com About Us: Factsuite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to oversee the end-to-end HR functions. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle everything from talent acquisition to performance management, ensuring smooth HR operations and a great employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees. Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute an engaging onboarding experience. Conduct orientation programs to introduce new employees to company culture and policies. Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance are completed. Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all HR operations, including promotions, transfers, and exits. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives. Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and best practices. Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture. Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely evaluations. Work with managers to set KPIs and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance on career development and employee growth initiatives. Talent Management & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement talent retention strategies. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives. Monitor employee satisfaction and work on improvement plans. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics. Analyze workforce trends and provide insights for decision-making. Who Should Apply: Candidates based in Bangalore (Remote for now, transitioning to work from office). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
