Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Oversee packaging development for all products manufactured at the Chakan Plant, ensuring alignment with production and quality standards. 2. Conduct quarterly supplier audits to ensure compliance with packaging specifications and quality standards. 3. Approve shade cards in collaboration with suppliers and ensure consistency with product requirements. 4. Address and resolve any quality issues related to packaging materials and processes at the plant. 5.Collaborate with the R&D team on drawing analysis and EPS drawing reviews for packaging materials. 6. Implement cost-saving ideas related to packaging materials and processes to improve plant efficiency. 7. Provide technical inputs to the R&D team regarding packaging materials and their application. 8. Develop and manage all BEE labels and Sweep labels for the plant, ensuring they are updated annually.
