Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Good Technical fundamentals Understanding in terms of product development to be an enabler by bringing CFT teams together & moderating the discussion to solve complex issues related to mechanical/electronics and other technical areas to expedite project movement 2. Collaboration with Technical Leads , Product Owners, Technical Architects and Operations to ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented successfully and create project plans in PTC Windchill/equivalent tools and manage the project throughout the New Product Development Process within the defined requirement 3. Complete accountability for the delivery of the defined scope and expected to have an indepth understanding of the Toll Gate / Stage-Gate process in Product development 4. Generating digital NPD reports on the delivery performance and trends to help with effective strategic/tactical decision-making 5. Performing economic Analysis: Support alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, cost calculations, etc. 6. Execution of the project within the approved boundaries (e.g. User Requirements Specification, functionality, product target costs, project cost, time, quality, customer satisfaction) and lead the project execution and coordinate multiple functions beyond R&D engineering such as integrated supply chain management, manufacturing, quality, Service, Marketing etc
