Specialist - Sales (Freshers)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in business development and sales. Roles and Responsibility: Make outbound calls to potential sellers to initiate conversations and qualify leads. Ask relevant questions to understand the sellers business: What products do they sell? How do they currently market and sell their products? What is their average monthly order volume? Document and analyze seller responses to assess fit for our solutions. Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement. Continuously learn about our product offerings and industry trends to better understand client needs. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and polite on phone calls. Strong questioning and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes is a plus. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
