Job Description

Maintains the workflow volume for the Insurance Department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA). Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments. Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains the investor approval process for insurance payments. Works with vendors to ensure SLA s are being met. Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures. Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws and regulations. Completes required training courses in a timely manner.
