Job Title: Fullstack Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Job Summary This position is for a Full Stack Developer responsible for the successful delivery of ACENTRA’s technology initiatives in a multi-Cloud platform. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems for several customer-facing projects and internal tools within the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial part in transforming requirements into fully functional applications with a firm understanding of APIs, web frameworks, databases, and back-end languages. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack, an ownership mindset for end-to-end projects, and a passion for delivering amazing experiences to global users and measurable business growth. Responsibilities Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions with data from various sources, such as user input, APIs, and databases Develop new features and infrastructure to support evolving project requirements and business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, analysts, and engineers, to define software requirements and ensure applications meet the needs of users and business initiatives Design and implement front-end website architecture and back-end server-side logic, enabling comprehensive and holistic functionality Implement software governance practices and ensure compliance with software standards, regulations, security protocols, and healthcare compliance including HIPAA and GDPR. Monitor and troubleshoot application and server performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring optimal system performance and application availability Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to known best practices to ensure application performance and uptime. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software standards to drive innovation and ensure compliance Requirements 4+ years strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby, React or .NET Hands on experience with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, and back-end frameworks, such as Express.js, Django, or ASP.NET Core Hands on experience with database systems, both SQL (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (like MongoDB) Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization technologies (like Docker) Hands on experience with RESTful API design and development Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., EC2, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions) Knowledge of unit/integration testing and strong debugging and optimization skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to create reliable web apps and APIs Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a focus on web application development.
