Marketing of HV, MV, RMU, LV Relay and solar To take government projectErection, Testing and Commissioning of MV and HV Switchgear panels including Synchronizing, Control & Relay panels up to 220KV.Installation, Testing Commissioning of Microprocessor based numerical type protection relays.Testing of all Switchgear panels.Testing of CTs and PTs.Checking of circuit breaker / RMUs operations & Trouble shooting. Testing of numerical/electro mechanical relays.Generating the enquiries for the new business from utility & private customer.Preparation of supply & service offers. Follow up with utility & private customers pending orders & payments.Giving Technical & Commercial compliances for the clarifications raised by the utility and private customers.Providing support and necessary guidance to the customers in choosing the right spares for ABB & Other make products.Preparation of Project Reports & Test reports after successful completion of the project.Over all coordination for spectrum team members. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Check Bank Balance and update the same to the management on daily basis.2. Reconciliation of all the bank accounts on daily basis3. Raise tax invoice and bill of sale after receiving purchase order and purchase invoice from sales department4. Raise commission invoice and service invoice sales5. Making payment to sundry creditors through RTGS or by giving cheques6. Updation of bank entries ( receipt & payment) on daily basis in tally7. GST and TDS updation8. Updation of receivable and payable statement on daily basis9. Issue of TDS certificate on quarterly basis. 10. Making of EMD as and when it is requested by concerned departments11. Maintaining accounts of individuals and assisting at the time of balance sheet12. Co-ordinating with internal auditors for finalization of P&L and Balance sheet13. Co-ordinating with internal auditors for finalization of P&L and Balance sheet14. Bank CC limits renewabl process15. Preparation of letter of credit, co-ordinate with bank and issued concern person.
