Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a BASLP/MASLP or a BSc/MSc in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Deliver direct therapy sessions using evidence-based methods and best practices in the field. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a child’s development. Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's communication skills at home. Maintain accurate, detailed records of each client's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Stay informed about the latest research and developments in speech-language pathology. Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or in Speech-Language Pathology (BSc/MSc in SLP). Valid certification and licensure to practise as a Speech Therapist in India. Experience of working with children and adolescents in a clinical or educational setting is an added advantage. Deep understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A genuine passion for helping children and adolescents achieve their full potential.
