Roles & Responsibilities:-1. Design and adaption of all packaging materials for products(primary container, Cartons, Labels, Inserts, Tube printing) 2. Design and adaption of all marketing collaterals like Magazines, Brochures, Calendars, Booklets, Product Booklets, Glow Sign Boards etc. 3. Website banners, E-commerce banners, social media, digital and performance marketing, and e-mailers designs, Responsible for creating, improving and developing all campaign creatives. 4. Time to Time design and adaptation of website and app banners, creative strategy and taking own initiatives to improve the regular standards of the brand digital assets, continuously evolve the style of designs for marketing, website and branding as well. 5. Prepare unique print campaign materials including Campaign Poster, Newspaper Ads, Digital Layouts, Branding, Logo Design, Brochures, Website Templates, Catalogues, Cards, Leaflets, Hoardings, Standee etc. 6. Developing the Product 2D s, 3d s for product promotion on social media 7. Development of stylized images like 3D photos, 2D, stylized shots etc.Basic Requirements -1. Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field.2. Graphic Designer should understand the basics of Pharma industry, with prior experience in the same.3. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, ability to interact, communicate and present ideas4. Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Corel DRAW, Photoshop, Flash, 3D software, animation, GIF, etc.)5. Highly proficient in all design aspects like professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
