Role & responsibilities Experience in preparation of Instrumentation Index, Data Sheets Pressure & Temperature, Transmitters, Level, Pressure, Temperature gauges in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI). Experience in preparation of Instrument Loop drawings (ILDs), Instrument Interconnection drawings, Cable & Conduit Schedule, Instrumentation Schedule in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI). Knowledge on P&ID review & Instrument tagging. Experience in Creation of Instrument profiles, Creation of Junction boxes, Marshalling Racks, Creation of IO cards in DCS. Experience in Wiring of Instruments & Panels using wiring Module in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI). Experience in generation of Panel Strip Report in ESL. Experience in preparation of instrument process data sheet (IPDS) from process inputs. Experience in generating instrument loop diagrams for Conventional and Foundation field bus (FF) using Enhanced smart loop in SPI. Experience in preparation of Hook-ups Diagram, termination details of field Instruments with Smart Instrumentation & Excel. Knowledge on customization of Title Blocks for Loop, Wiring Diagram and Instrument Index etc. Knowledge on Symbol Customization for Instrument Loop Drawing (ILD) and Instrument Interconnection Diagram (ICD). Installation layouts (Instrument Location layouts, Air distribution, Main Cable Routing, Secondary cable tray). Building Layouts (Control Room Equipment layout, Earthing layout, Telecom layout). Instrument standard installation / Hookups and Cable block diagram. Knowledge on naming rules, PBS (Plant Hierarchies). Understanding corresponding Project Scope of work and Smart Plant Implementation. Coordination with other disciplines. Basic Knowledge on SPF integration. Understand and interpret the corrections & redline mark ups done in the drawings. Preparation & Checking of MTO.
