We seek a Senior ServiceNow Developer Senior-Level (Senior) with SPM / ITBM/ Service portal and intergation who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. Job Location - Pune/Bangalore /Indore/ Ahmedabad/ Hyderabad. What will help you succeed: Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use. Experience of implementing Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal. Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind Strong knowledge of developing on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures.. Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool. Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance. Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Email Notifications. Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow Create with us digital products that people love.
