Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and passionate individual who can build meaningful partnerships and generate sponsorship and exhibition sales for our business events. This is not a high-salary corporate job — it’s an opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us, create real value, and be at the heart of a growing entrepreneurial platform. If you love interacting with brands, can pitch ideas confidently, and are willing to hustle, this role is for you. What You’ll Do:Pitch sponsorship packages to local and national brands Drive exhibition booth sales to relevant businesses Build and manage relationships with sponsors and partners Coordinate with the event team to ensure sponsor deliverables Maintain a database of prospects and follow-up regularly Represent the company professionally at meetings and events We’re Looking For Someone Who:Has 1–3 years of sales/marketing/event experience Is confident in client meetings and calls Is passionate about events, partnerships, and business growth Can think creatively to close deals Believes in the vision of building local entrepreneurship ecosystems Is target-oriented and self-motivated Perks & Growth:Incentive-based earning (Fixed + Commission) Fixed- Upto 15 k - Incentive can be above 50k Flexible working hours (Work from Home) - Once a week meetup Exposure to top brands, startups, and event organizers Opportunity to grow into a core business development role 🔗 If you’re ready to hustle and build something impactful — we’d love to hear from you.
