Job Title - Sponsorship Sales Executive Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. This role will help advance events and conferences by securing sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identifying potential sponsors: Researching and contacting companies and organizations to identify potential sponsors Creating sponsorship packages: Designing packages that meet client specifications Negotiating deals: Negotiating sponsorship agreements and contracts Managing relationships: Maintaining relationships with sponsors through communication, gifts, and other incentives Pitching opportunities: Presenting sponsorship opportunities to decision makers and influencers Writing proposals: Writing sales emails, briefs, and proposals Attending events: Participating in industry events and networking with clients Meeting targets: Working to meet monthly and yearly revenue targets Qualifications: Education: bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship or partnership development. Experience in the Education Industry is a plus. Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated and results oriented. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
