The Job We are seeking highly motivated QA Analyst professionals with at least 5+ years of experience who will strengthen our technical capabilities and help us maintain our collaborative, respectful, and inclusive company culture. A strong understanding of the Investment Banking Domain , BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), and financial products is highly preferred. Responsibilities : Responsible for executing testing engagements as per approach/plan & opportunities (functional/automation) by working closely with test lead/manager Conceptualize solutions, present & deliver. Work as per process, risk management & testing delivery defining KPIs & KRAs. Exposure to test management tools like JIRA etc. Work closely with product team to understand the requirements from business perspective Core delivery to Execute automated and functional test cases, review test results and report defects. Coordinate with Product and QA teams to ensure the specifications are implemented in Gherkin format and thus easier implementation to BDD automation framework. Design and write maintainable automated feature scripts using Java, Cucumber/Gherkin, and functional manual tests. Writing SQL queries Maintenance of UI automation tests for a complex web/mobile/standalone application in a timely fashion Maintenance of backend automation framework and tests Able to work as a domain SME for the team a Extensive coordination with product and Dev team on requirement gaps and functional issues resolution Coordination with Performance test team to provide the necessary functional details. Your Profile An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in automation the framework with BDD/ Cucumber ,hands-on expertise in Java , Selenium , and writing SQL queries . In addition to these technical skills, the candidate must possess the following competencies: What We’re Looking For: Investment Banking Domain : Understanding and hands-on experience. Financial Products : Good understanding of financial products. FPML Schema Design and XML Messaging : Experience working with MQ and assisting BA functions. Trade Lifecycle & Workflow : Understanding of the complete trade lifecycle and workflows. Java Programming : Strong hands-on experience. Testing Certifications : ISTQB certification is required. Domain Certifications : NCFM , CFA Foundation , or equivalent domain certifications are desirable.
