Job Description

Client is seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with expertise in Power BI, Azure Synapse Pipelines, and data extraction from SAP to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database management, data integration, and reporting, ensuring efficient data processing and visualization for business intelligence needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data processing and analytics. Design and implement data pipelines in Azure Synapse Analytics for ETL/ELT operations. Extract and integrate data from SAP systems into Azure data platforms. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate and real-time data visualization. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in SQL queries, Power BI reports, and Azure Synapse Pipelines. Basic Qualifications: Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development. Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, including pipeline development, data lakes, and integration services. Experience in SAP data extraction using tools like SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP Data Services. Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data architectures and data governance. Certifications in Azure, Power BI, or SAP are a plus.
