Walk in Drive!!! in Pune Role : Snowflake Developer Location : Hyderabad Experience : 3+ years Role and Responsibilities: β Establish, configure, and manage Git repositories to support version control and collaboration. β Develop and troubleshoot procedures, views, and complex PL/SQL queries, ensuring effective integration and functionality within Git environments. β Analyze and debug issues using Airflow and Cloud Watch logs to ensure smooth operations. β Monitor systems and applications 24/7, responding to alerts and maintaining dashboards as per the documented response plans for companyβs products and associated technical components. β Design and implement strategies for product optimization, scalability, and performance improvements. β Manage incident acknowledgment, triaging, escalation, and resolution through the JIRA ticketing system for both internal and external stakeholders. β Maintain and continuously enhance a comprehensive knowledge base of company products, incorporating insights from product experience, training, and issue resolution processes. β Prepare technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and playbooks/runbooks, to support operational excellence. β Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for support issues, consistently meeting performance standards. β Address and resolve sensitive issues, managing escalations effectively in alignment with the company's Incident Management Framework. β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, fostering seamless communication and teamwork. Skills and Qualifications: β Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. β Comprehensive expertise in SQL, Snowflake and version control tools such as Git and SVN. β Familiarity with PL/SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, QuickSight, Airflow, Athena). β Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support and maintenance. β Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively β Demonstrated ability to exhibit client empathy and ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution. β Strong written and verbal communication skills. β Adept at presenting intricate technical information in an accessible manner to varied audiences. β Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high levels of ambiguity. β Practical problem-solving skills focused on resolving immediate customer issues while planning for long-term solutions. β Highly organized and process-oriented, with a proven track record of driving issue resolution by collaborating across multiple teams. β Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, maintaining patience and composure under pressure during real-time issue resolution. β Working knowledge of DSP/SSP platforms is an added advantage. β Open to work in night shifts in a 24/7 project.
