Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, empathetic and experienced Inside Sales Agent/Academic Counsellor to join our team. This role is crucial in connecting with prospective students, understanding their goals, and if there is a match, guiding them in choosing our PG Diploma program in VLSI. While the role involves sales, it is equally important to consider the student's best interest and fit to ensure their success and the program's long-term reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Prospective Students: Reach out to candidates identified by our digital marketing team and understand their academic and career aspirations. - Program Promotion: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our PG Diploma program in VLSI, highlighting our partnership with IIT Bhubaneswar. - Student Counseling: Assess whether the program aligns with the students' goals and provide honest advice and guidance. - Enrollment Process: Assist students in the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. - Relationship Building: Establish a connection with students, empathizing with their concerns and motivating them to pursue their ambitions. - Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from students to continually improve the program. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field. A background in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: Prior experience in sales, academic counseling, or customer service is desirable. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to relate to and empathize with students. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly. - Sales Skills: Ability to drive enrollment and meet sales targets while prioritizing the students' best interests.
