Job Description: Centre Manager – TGC Animation & Multimedia (Dehradun) Position: Centre Manager Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Company: TGC Animation & Multimedia About Us: TGC Animation & Multimedia is a premier training institute for Digital Media and IT courses, with a strong national presence and a reputation for excellence in education. We are now expanding to Dehradun and are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-driven Centre Manager to lead our new branch. Key Responsibilitie: Centre Operations & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dehradun centre to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for academic, counseling, and support functions. Ensure timely coordination between faculty, counselors, and administrative staff. Sales & Business Growth: Drive monthly and quarterly admission targets for various courses through effective team leadership. Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase student walk-ins and brand awareness. Identify local B2B/B2C opportunities including school/college tie-ups, seminars, and workshops. Monitor lead conversions and implement strategies to improve performance. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of counselors, social media staff, and support personnel. Train team members to achieve sales targets and maintain service quality. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Student Experience: Ensure high standards in counseling, admissions, and student satisfaction. Resolve escalated student/parent issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive, goal-oriented, and energetic environment at the centre. Reporting & Coordination: Report regularly to the Head Office with updates on admissions, revenue, and operational issues. Maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of the branch. Coordinate with HO for academic delivery, marketing support, staffing, and branding. Candidate Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in team management and sales (education industry preferred). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Hands-on experience in managing a team and implementing business strategies. Well-versed in local market dynamics and student behavior.
