We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to strengthen our finance team. Key Responsibilities 1. GST, Income Tax, and TDS Compliance Filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) Reconciliation of GST input credit with GSTR-2B TDS deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) Assistance in tax assessments and audits Timely filing of income tax returns and coordination with consultants 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Verification and processing of vendor bills and employee reimbursements Ensuring timely payments to vendors while optimizing working capital Monitoring customer outstanding and timely follow-up for payments Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers 3. General Accounting Journal entries, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closing Preparation of MIS reports, trial balance, and support in financial statement finalization Handling of petty cash and expense claims 4. Stock & Inventory Management Monitoring and reconciling stock reports from warehouses and production units Coordination with the stores and production teams for stock accuracy Assisting in monthly and year-end stock audits 5. Internal Audit & Controls Conducting periodic internal audits of financial transactions and operational processes Identifying gaps and ensuring compliance with internal policies Suggesting improvements to strengthen internal control systems Why Join Homegenie Building Products Pvt Ltd?
