Position - Area Manager / Sr Area manager - Marketing Location - Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Nagpur Work from Home) Person dealing with architectural products, good connect with Architects who is doing commercial projects is mandatory Business development and Project Sales Management from prospecting to successful installation of companys acoustical panels. Building and maintaining professional relationships with specifiers and key decision makers in the project ecosystem mainly state govt. Problem solving abilities with key stakeholders to projects including architects, consultants, contractors, builders, dealers etc. Working on district basis for a given state. District mapping includes state govt and local body projects. Also the private sector. Identifying dealer-installer and handling and key accounts. Achieving company/individual targets with the ability to work under pressure. Rich experience with proven record in government departments first preference. Additionally, builder and institutional sales market. Acoustical panels are used for false ceiling and wall panelling as interior surface finishes for echo control in large buildings.
