Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory (Gujarat Ahmedabad Vadodara Bharuch Ankleshwar). Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients within pharmaceutical companies across the region. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present our product offerings, and provide effective solutions. Generate and follow up on leads, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts to closure. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the pharmaceutical spares and machines sector. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical support, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical spares or machines division . Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and the needs of pharmaceutical clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat Candidates residing In Ahmedabad, w ill be preferred due to their existing network and regional understanding. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary package.
