Dear All, We are hiring for below requirement 1. Paramedic Management Requirement audit wrt paramedic as per Business vertical Paramedic training, documentation & process adherence. Quality monitoring driving OTA in coordination with Ops, grooming standards, Temperature monitoring, monitoring & training with regards to sample collection expertise. Training Paramedics for corporate camp as per SOP Training Paramedics on upsell & upgrade pitch & script. 2. Report Accuracy Ensure the accuracy and precision of diagnostic tests and results. Monitor error rates and work towards reducing them. Monitoring Report TAT & Breach % & share callouts if deviations observed Adhere to turnaround times for diagnostic test results, RCA & CAPA on report quality escalations & feedback analysis. Ensure timely communication of critical findings to relevant stakeholders & process alignment. 3. Data Interpretation Interpret reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Engage in ongoing training and professional development. Should have good excel & communication skills 4. Customer Satisfaction Ensure high levels of customers by monitoring & driving CSAT & NPS. 5.Sales Associate Training Training on existing packages & in case of package revision. Reviewing the script & making necessary changes if required. 6. B2B Hospital Training Driving paramedic to ensure training & alignment with Hospitals & Clinics. Planning & monitoring training session. Ensuring the PSNs raised due to documentation reduces incrementally.
