Sr Associate - Finance

Job Description

WHO WE ARE: Finance Associate will be responsible for a wide range of financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity financial statements of Zinnia India. The incumbent will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of reporting, auditing, accounting, general ledger management, direct and indirect taxes. WHAT YOU LL DO: The key roles & responsibilities of this role would be the following: Preparation and finalization of financial statements along with notes to accounts Completion of statutory and tax audit with auditors Monthly closing of books, Preparation of Reporting pack and reconciliations Managing Direct Tax compliances like computing of Advance Tax, TDS Returns etc. Managing Indirect Tax compliances like GST Returns, Input tax credits. Exercising control over calculation of GST payable, RCM payable working, payments etc. Assistance in the AR/AP process, support in automation of AP process Working experience on SEZ, STPI and statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc. WHAT YOU LL NEED: Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP Experience in Reporting, Auditing, AR/AP process, tax and statutory compliances Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a multicultural team across multiple locations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred), and Microsoft Excel WHAT S IN IT FOR YOU Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation.
