Job Description

Flobiz is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end to end employee life cycle along with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities : 1. Process end-to-end payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements. 2. Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). 3. Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports. 4. Coordinate with finance teams for payroll reconciliation and audits. 5. Manage end to end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, performance management, and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit formalities. 6. Address employee concerns and provide support in HR-related matters 7. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection. 8. Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies. 9. Oversee statutory compliance, including labor laws, gratuity, and bonus regulations. 10. Assist in handling HR audits and ensuring adherence to company policies. 11. Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies. 12. Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, leave management, etc.). Qualifications Skills Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist profile Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, labor laws, and recruitment best practices. Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis). Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
