Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Associate - Project Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, relationship management, and channel partner engagement while ensuring seamless sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Engagement Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers. Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service. Conduct property presentations, highlighting key features and addressing client queries . 2. Sales & Closures Negotiate deals, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transaction completion. Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive lead nurturing and engagement. 3. Channel Partner Management Identify, onboard, and train new Channel Partners (CPs) to enhance the sales pipeline. Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs, addressing queries and ensuring alignment with sales goals. Collaborate with CPs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads. 4.
