Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js) Experience 4+ Location: Hyderabad, India Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Node.js Lead and mentor a team of UI & Backend engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure best practices are followed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in Backend development focusing on Node.js. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related front-end technologies. Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with agile development methodologies Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience in working with Cloud Technologies Preferred Qualifications: Experience with server-side rendering and Next.js. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
