Job Description

As a Sr. Analyst or Consultant, you will be responsible to drive high-impact global consulting projects and capacity-building initiatives focused across thee-mobility and sustainable mobility sectors. This role will require strong research capabilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in technical modeling and reporting, along with the ability to engage industry stakeholders and translate insights into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps. You will work closely with the Domain Lead/Project Manager, playing a key role in client interactions, project execution and internal knowledge development Responsibilities · Lead or support consulting projects in the domains of sustainable transport, e-Mobility and its integration with urban mobility · Conduct research, collect use-case data, and analyse to generate actionable insights on e-mobility and clean transport solutions ·Build and apply analytical models (primarily Excel-based) for various quantified analysis such as demand estimation, infrastructure sizing, and cost-benefit analysis and others · Conduct industry stakeholder consultations to gather insights that enhance analysis and inform effective solutions · Prepare high-quality reports and deliverables clearly presenting key messages, statistics, and recommendations · Contribute to enhancing project quality by integrating best practices, domain knowledge, advanced metrics, and deeper insights · Formulate and present findings/ recommendations through client sessions webinars and presentations · Lead or support proposal development including ToR analysis, budgeting, and preparation for national and international tenders/RFPs · Contribute to internal thought leadership and support in development of knowledge products · Design and facilitate capacity-building workshops for public and private sector clients Qualifications · Master’s or postgraduate degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field · B.Tech / B.E. in Planning, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent · 5+ years of full-time experience in sustainable transport practices, urban mobility, or e-Mobility consulting · Exposure and experience in e-mobility will be desirable · Certifications in Transport Planning, Sustainable Mobility, or e-Mobility (value-add) Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in quantitative analysis and complex Excel modeling · Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as GIS and AutoCAD will be value-add · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic recommendations · Proven stakeholder-engagement experience including conducting interviews and synthesizing insights · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
