Lead the design and development of centrifugal pumps, including the execution of hydraulic calculations to optimize pump performance. Utilize CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools and software to simulate and analyze fluid flow within pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Employ ANSYS for advanced engineering simulations to predict and improve the performance of pump components under various operating conditionsUtilize CREO software for 3D modeling and design of pump components, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and company specifications. - Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of pump designs, making necessary adjustments based on test results and feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure that design objectives are met within project timelines. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in pump technology and incorporate innovative solutions into new designs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers within the team. - Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Skills : - Computational Fluid Dynamics, ANSYS, CREO software for 3D modeling ,design of pump components, testing, and validation of pump designs, hydraulic calculations to optimize pump performance.
