Qualifications/Skills: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOps or related role. Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. DevOps Expertise: Proficient knowledge of the five pillars of DevOps: Networking Linux operating systems Programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) DevOps tools Process-Driven: Exceptional documentation and organizational skills, with a process-driven mindset. IT Operations: Deep understanding of best practices and IT operations for high-availability services. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or a related technical field (relevant IT experience may substitute for a degree). Technical Proficiency: Advanced familiarity with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes. Extensive experience in administering and deploying CI/CD tools. Expertise in both Windows and Linux operating systems. Proficiency with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Python or Shell. In-depth experience with Kubernetes, especially EKS. Experience with serverless architectures. Skilled in using Bitbucket Pipelines. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Experience with code scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube). Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a preference for Terraform. Flexibility: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.
