Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Building Services (10+ Years Exp) Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710 Experience Required: 10+ Years Industry: Building Services / MEP Design Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer with over 10 years of proven expertise in Building Services Design . The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading electrical design projects from concept to GFC stage and possess excellent coordination and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage electrical designs from Concept Schematic Detailed Design Tender GFC drawings. Design and review HV & LV Power Systems – including DB schedules, Voltage Drop calculations, and preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD). Design and review of Lighting Systems , with proficiency in DIALux for lighting calculations. Prepare and validate Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting systems as per standards. Design and review of Telephone, Communication Systems , and Extra Low Voltage Systems including Security and Access Control. Create detailed BOQs and Take-Off Quantity Sheets with accuracy and clarity. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Engineers, and Clients. Participate in project meetings and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian and International Electrical Design Codes & Standards. Hands-on experience with DIALux , AutoCAD, and relevant design tools. Ability to lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Prior experience in a consultancy or design-focused environment.
