Position: Senior Manager (Electrical Applications ) Location: Bhiwadi Company Name: Manufacturing Company Education Qualification: B.E/ Diploma – Electrical Engineering Experience: - 15 + Years relevant to our products only & over all product cycle knowledge. Key Responsibilities: ∙ Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications along with designing and innovation programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. ∙ Confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing of desired control systems. ∙Develop electrical Panels, by studying customer requirements; research, analysis, component selection assembly methods and materials. ∙Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical setup, soliciting observations from operators. ∙ Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities. ∙ PLC and SCADA control systems sound knowledge including logical interlocking and Programming. ∙ Prepare product reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. ∙Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests. Also release BOM of electrical requirements and panels as per tender requirement. ∙Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. ∙Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service. ∙ Maintain product data base by writing computer programs; entering data. ∙Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ∙Team leadership and team management along with training to the workmen. ∙Waste reduction and utilisation of existing parts and Inventory. The manufacturing of these sophisticated equipment’s requires heavy steel fabrication, installation of prime movers like Diesel Engines or Electric Motors upto 400 H.P, Transmission systems like Centrifugal Clutch or V Belt drives or Hydraulic drives, Installation of some of the latest Electro-Hydraulic control systems available in the world, Electronics, Control and Instrumentation and Electrical Systems. Our equipment’s have been developed as per technology obtained by us from world renowned manufacturing organizations based in Germany, Austria, America, Canada etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Electrical engineering: 10 years (Preferred) PLC and SCADA control systems : 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
