Job Description

Job Responsibilities Tender Preparation: Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements for telecom towers, transmission towers, structures, and cable trays. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for each project. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing, negotiate terms, and ensure cost effective solutions for tenders. Technical Review: Assess engineering designs and ensure they meet client specifications and company standards. Proposal Development: Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals, including technical and commercial aspects, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, pricing strategies, and project specifications. Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the engineering, project management, and procurement teams to ensure accurate project estimations. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and tender negotiations to clarify technical and commercial terms as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 7 years in a tendering or cost estimation role, preferably in the infrastructure or manufacturing sector. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom towers, transmission towers, cable trays, and PEB structures. Skills: Excellent analytical and estimation skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
