Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of greenfield site projects. Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate implementation of project plans. Provide technical guidance and leadership to site engineers and project teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely completion of project deliverables. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Execute site activities, including project management and stakeholder coordination. Oversee industrial building construction and ensure alignment with project goals. Verify and process bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and support project cost management.
