Job Title: Senior Engineer Quantity Surveyor (QS) Experience: 6 to 11 Years (Residential Projects Only) Location: Cheguru (20 KM from Shamshabad) Project Type: Residential 5 Blocks (4 Residential + 1 Clubhouse) on 4 Acres Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Engineer - QS with 6 to 11 years of experience in residential projects to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, material reconciliation, and contract management for a residential project in Cheguru. Project Overview: 4 Residential Blocks: Basement + Stilt + 5 Floors 1 Clubhouse: G+3 Floors Total Land Area: 4 Acres Key Responsibilities: BOQ Preparation: Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per project specifications. Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation: Ensure accurate cost projections for materials, labor, and subcontractors. Tendering & Contracts: Assist in the tendering process, contract negotiations, and vendor selection. Billing & Reconciliation: Certify contractor/vendor bills, track project expenses, and reconcile quantities. Material Management: Ensure material procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines. Site Coordination: Collaborate with site engineers, architects, and vendors for smooth execution. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain QS records, progress reports, and cost control documentation. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 6-11 years in Quantity Surveying (QS) for Residential Projects Educational Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Technical Skills: BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing, cost estimation, and contract management Software Knowledge: MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP (preferred) Location Preference: Should be willing to work at Cheguru (20 KM from Shamshabad) Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
