We are having job opportunity for one of leading german based MNC at Bhosari, Pune Location Position Name - Sr. Engineer Sales Qualification - B.E /B.tech Mechanical/Automobile/Production Location - Bhosari,Pune JD - Work towards the common goal of establishment & growth of the companys business The responsibility will cover all aspects of sales viz. supporting & driving dealers (and direct sales) for achieving the set targets, market segmentation, enquiry generation, preparing techno-commercial quotations, attending techno-commercial discussions / negotiations with the customers, etc. Identifying prospects for business, conceptualizing & implementing the action plans / policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation, profitability etc. Providing technical & commercial support to other sales engineers (including dealers sales personnel), training them to enable them to carry out their job effectively and to enhance customer satisfaction. Regular customer contact to make BKI the first choice of customers, to review the quality & performance of the companys products & services, to assess the market trends, to give feedback to the company based on the trends for product / strategy development. Assist Sales Head in dealer management, measurement & assessment of their performance, establish target oriented and effective dealership network, suggest changes in the dealership network based on the business requirements / dealers assessment including cancellation / appointment of dealerships. To work closely with the other departments of the company like Customer Support Service, Finance & Accounting etc. for achieving BKIs business objectives / goals Report generation: MIS, forecast, mid-range plans, market analysis, etc. Education: BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5-7 years Age: 25 to 30 years Mandatory language skills: English, Hindi & Marathi Territory to be handled: Maharashtra & Goa Location: Pune Computer proficiency: MS Office Should be handling government clients and should possess knowledge of tender business in India Self-motivated, team player, good communication & negotiation skills, dynamic, self-starter, self-disciplined, adventurous and social .
