Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and trade shows Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Travel to tradeshows and customer facilities to understand customer needs and provide the right support. Host customers at our facility with technical and operations teams to help understand their manufacturing needs. Visit to customer places all across India for meetings, presentations, customer review, sales marketing. good knowledge of lead generation, manage leads, sales operations, business development and ERP, CRM Softwares.
