Job Description

Role & responsibilities Own and drive the complete GF business in the assigned territory. Responsible for timely identification, qualification and capture of all fields of sale opportunities in identified markets and maximizing the sales in accordance with approved plans. Responsible for developing sales strategies within the assigned area. Develop and monitor channel partner business and work closely with direct team and channel partners to maximize the impact in the market. Identify customers requirements (technical problems) and bring effective solutions. Deliver on all sales commitments including orders plan and sales initiatives (i.e. Leads Generation, Boundary less selling). Demonstrate commercial & technical expertise in the solutions. Accurate sales forecast within each month leading to yearly plan. Drive Solutions strategy and Growth initiative in the region. Closing of technical and commercial proposals with customers. Actively resolve customer issues (technical as well as transactional)
