Job Summary Research & development (R&D) on new Product (Planning, co ordination & Execution) ¿ Successfully Developed & Reverse Engineering of Motortech Ignition & Governing System Wiring harness for Cummins GTA 855 Gas Engine ¿ Creating Wiring Harness 3D Routing, Flattening, Harness Drawing using creo 6.0 Cabling ¿ Prepare Bill of Material of harness ¿ Supporting for making Prototype Sample Preparation of wiring harness ¿ Constant co ordination and communication with customer to align the product design with customer requirements, specification, design standard etc ¿ Customer Site visiting for product related discussion and for Improvements in Products ¿ Selection of automotive connector & Electrical components as per requirement.5 Years of experience in Automotive EDS Design Engineer, I have a robust background in electric and IC engine vehicles for both passenger and commercial use.
