About the job: Job Description: Looking for an experienced Executive who is well-versed in TDS, GST, Finalization, daily accounting, transport bills (preferably), etc. All purchase and direct finance invoice bookings. Should be able to handle accounts independently. We prefer candidates from Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. 2. Booking of all purchase and direct finance invoices. 3. Manage transport bills (preferred if candidate has transportation billing experience). 4. Maintain vendor accounts and perform vendor reconciliation. 5. Manage TDS deduction, payment, and related compliance. 6. Handle GST filing, GST returns, and related compliance activities. 7. Support in account finalization tasks. 8. Prepare basic reports and maintain accounting records. Requirements / Skills: 1. The candidate must have knowledge of transportation billing. 2. The candidate must be a graduate with 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience. 3. Vendor reconciliation. 4. Advanced Excel skills. 5. Advance accounting knowledge. 6. TDS handling. 7. GST filing /GST returns.
